Dr. Richard Arriviello, DO

Medical Director

The Drip Lab's Medical Director is Dr. Richard Arriviello, DO, a board-certified emergency medicine physician with over 31 years of clinical experience. A graduate of the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine who completed his residency in Chicago, he has practiced across level-one trauma centers, regional community hospitals, and multinational corporations, and is licensed to practice medicine in 27 states, including Tennessee.

He currently owns and operates Family Urgent Care and Chapel Health Aesthetics in Monroe, North Carolina. As Medical Director, he oversees every treatment protocol, approves our formulations, and ensures clinical standards are maintained across every infusion The Drip Lab delivers.

Our Nursing Team

Every nurse on The Drip Lab team meets strict qualifications before ever treating a patient:

• Active Tennessee Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum clinical IV therapy experience
• HIPAA certified
• BLS/ACLS certified
• Background checked and credentialed
• Trained in The Drip Lab's specific protocols and formulations

Our nurses come from diverse clinical backgrounds including emergency departments, intensive care units, surgical centers, and infusion clinics. This clinical experience means they can handle any situation that arises during your treatment, from difficult IV access to managing adverse reactions.

When a Drip Lab nurse arrives at your home, hotel, or office, your care is provided by a credentialed clinician with substantial hands-on experience in vascular access, patient assessment, and the safe administration of intravenous therapy.
